Song of the Day

How have I gone this long without some old school ’70s/early ’80s FUNK on here? I don’t know. So here we are, finally. Today’s Song of the Day is brought to you The Gap Band and their 1982 hit “You Dropped a Bomb On Me.” I’ve appreciated this song ever since I can remember. And, while somewhat repetitive, it doesn’t get old. I think it’s the “bomb dropping special effects” via synthesizer/moog that make it fresh every time.
